Dudd Haus presents BARPHA: Philadelphia Design Show

Announcing BARPHA, a new design show presented by Dudd Haus, the Philadelphia design collective. BARPHA takes its name as a playfully satirical nod to a sleepy southwestern town that, through the vision of one homesteading creative, became a global destination for contemporary art. Philadelphia stands in vivid contrast: a city that for more than two centuries, has been a center for American creativity and ingenuity, home to generations of working artists, designers, and makers.

BARPHA is a tribute to that grit and authenticity, presenting an exhibition of furniture design and craft by over 60 emerging studios and practices from philadelphia to oslo—emerging practices alongside leading figures in the field. the show will take place as part of the designphiladelphia festival.
