Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm

On view through May 30, 2026. At our main entrance (320 S Broad), please buzz “The Gallery” and our ambassador will let you into the building.

Building and Courtyard Access

We remain committed to making ongoing enhancements to ensure a more inclusive experience for all visitors. As a historic building with inherited facilities, we are mindful of accessibility challenges and are actively working to improve them. For ADA access, please enter at our Pine Street Entrance (1431 Pine Street).

Service Animals & Pets

Service animals are always welcome throughout our grounds and buildings. Well-behaved, non-service dogs are also welcome unless a specific space or event notes otherwise. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Parking

There is no on-site parking available. To see more info on nearby parking lots and other methods of transportation, scroll to Getting Here. Loading zones can be found at the corner of Pine and 15th, on the same block as our ADA entrance and a Passenger Loading zone can be found on Broad Street outside our main entrance. Do not stop at any time in a bike lane! We love our cyclists and want to support them whizzing safely on Pine Street.

Getting Here

  • There is an Indego bike share dock located at 15th Street and Spruce Street adjacent to the Kimmel Center and a 4 min walk from our main entrance.

  • Buses listed below typically run every 30 minutes or less. Septa accepts contactless payment (tap phone or card), Septa Key Cards, and cash. More info here.

    North: 4, 27, 32, 17, 45

    South: 4, 17, 45

    East/West: 40, 12, 21, 42

  • Subway (every 15 min or less)

    B [Broad Street Line] at Lombard-South Station (3 min walk)

    L [Market-Frankford Line] at 15 St/City Hall Station (13 min walk)

    Trolleys (every 15 min or less)

    All trolleys can be boarded at 15 St/City Hall Station (13 min walk) for transportation to/from West Philadelphia, Delaware County, and Norristown.

    PATCO (every 15 min or less)

    For transportation to/from New Jersey, the nearest PATCO station is at 16th Street and Locust Street (13 min walk)

    Trains (every 30-60 min)

    Regional Rail lines can all be boarded from Suburban Station (connected to 15 St/City Hall Station — 13 min walk)

  • Uber and Lyfts’ VIA pin will drop you off at 320 S. Broad Street (our main entrance).

  • There is no on-site parking available. Center City can be tricky, so we don’t recommend coming by car. If you do, be sure to allot time to find street parking and take note of all parking signs.

    Drop off visitors on Broad Street in front of our main entrance, where you can find a Passenger Vehicle Loading Zone. On 15th and Pine Streets, please be sure to use loading zones and do not stop at any time in a bike lane.
