Event Spaces
The Great Hall
A stunning, light-filled glass atrium, formerly an open-air courtyard, now featuring soaring glass ceilings, garden views, and a staircase entrance. With flexible stage and seating options—including wrap-around balconies—this versatile venue is ideal for galas, large-scale celebrations, performances, and custom events.
The Gallery
A gallery-style space located next to the Meeting Room and the Broad Street entry, featuring three expansive blank walls and windows along the north side for consistent natural light. Its open layout and gallery-ready walls make it ideal for exhibitions, artist showcases, pop-up shops, cocktail hours, talks, and other small-scale gatherings that benefit from a clean, adaptable presentation.
The Screening Room
A purpose-built space designed for focused presentations, immersive screenings, and group discussions with tall ceilings, tiered balcony seating, and a large projection screen with full film projection capabilities. The lower level is flexible, accommodating additional seating, lectures, presentations, or cocktail-style setups. Its adjacency to the Great Hall allows for abundant natural light when the screen is raised and seamless flow between event spaces, making it ideal for teams, educators, creatives, and any gathering that requires a comfortable, ready-to-go viewing environment.
The Meeting Room
A private event space just off the main lobby, located in the northeast corner of the building and overlooking Broad and Delancey Streets. The focused layout is ideal for lectures, panels, presentations, creative programs, and gatherings centered on conversation and exchange. The space features self-service AV, adaptable seating, and an adjacent private room for green room or breakout use.
