As part of our Sounds of Philadelphia series, we are inviting Fringe Fest shows to pop-up on Broad Street. On Friday, 9/11, join us for a free pop-up performance of Opera on Tap Philadelphia Presents: Pagliacci!

Opera on Tap Philadelphia brings classical music out of the concert hall and into the community! They will present a set of operatic favorites, including selections from their upcoming Fringe performance of “Pagliacci.” This immersive production melds theatre, tragedy, drag, clowning, and circus arts in a reimagining of this opera classic. Love, jealousy, and rage within a touring commedia dell'arte troupe reaches a boiling point, concluding in a grave onstage tragedy.
